Dear Volunteers,

This will be the first of what will be weekly volunteer newsletters highlighting activities, events and volunteer opportunities on the Becky Lourey for Governor Campaign. This newsletter will be posted on our website and will be distributed via email. Please feel free to forward it on to any and all friends who might be interested in working on one of the most progressive and exciting gubernatorial campaigns in Minnesota history! As always, please let us know how you want to become more involved with the campaign, we are here to support your efforts!

WHEN: Tuesday January 10th and Wednesday January 11th, 5pm-9pm

WHAT: Come help paint the campaign offices! We want to create a welcoming environment for all who enter the offices. Grab a paint brush, help with the finishing touches, and get a chance to meet other Becky Lourey for Governor Staff and supporters. This is a great chance to get acquainted with the campaign and to help out in one of our first official endeavors!

Join our Campaign and Candidate Support Team!

The campaign is currently seeking individuals who have availability during the day to join our Campaign and Candidate Support Team (CCS!). Individuals are encouraged to contact Claire at Claire@beckylourey.org if you are interested in coming into the campaign offices on a regular basis and working closely with our CCS team as we get the offices up and running. Join Becky in Celebration of Martin Luther King Day

Becky will be speaking Sunday January 15th at Oakland Church on Martin Luther King Jr. and his effect on her own life. Please join us at 10:30 A.M. for this reflection and celebration of Martin Luther King Jr’s life.
