Becky Lourey toured the new Neighborhood House facilities and announced her comprehensive Immigration Policy at the new Paul and Sheila Wellstone Center on St. Paul's West Side. Senator Lourey visited with Ebuyan Adbulle, a family worker (left), and Maria Elena, a community volunteer, at the Neighborhood House food shelf.
